- 2 ounces butter
- ½ pint milk
- 1 Spanish onion
- 1 lb. Of tomatoes
- Pepper and salt to taste
Instructions:

Make a sauce by putting the milk, butter and the onion, scalded and grated, into a saucepan, with the pepper and salt.
