Crawfish Bordelaise Recipe ingredients

• 1½ lbs. crawfish meat
• ½ pint Cream Sauce
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 glass red wine
• 1 tablespoon minced carrot
• 1 tablespoon minced onion
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Few grains cayenne
• Few grains nutmeg
