Bass (Striped) With Anchovies And Cheese Recipe ingredients

• 8 filets of striped bass
• ½ cup anchovy filets, chopped
• 2 cups water
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
• ½ cup Swiss cheese, grated
• seasonings to taste
