- 1 striped bass, large
- ½ red cabbage, washed, shredded
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 lemons, juice only
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Bass (Striped) With Red Cabbage Recipe, first boil the cabbage in salted water for about 30 minutes. Drain off water. While the cabbage is boiling, put the bass, onions, butter, seasonings, lemon juice and water in a baking pan. Bake in moderate oven for about 25 minutes. Add the cabbage.
