Clams, Stuffed Recipe ingredients
- 24 clams, washed
- 1 tablespoon celery, washed, chopped fine
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Clams, Stuffed Recipe, first put clams in a kettle. Cover. Cook them until they are opened. Remove clams from shells and chop them. In a bowl mix the butter, onion, celery, breadcrumbs, seasonings and chopped clams. Mix to a paste. Stuff 24 clamshells with the mixture. Place clams in a baking pan. Bake in hot oven for about3 minutes. Then serve.
