- 24 hard clams, off the shell, medium size
- ½ pint cream
- ½ stalk celery, washed, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon butter
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Clams With Celery, Creamed Recipe, first boil celery in salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain off water. Place in sauce pan the clams, cream, celery, butter and seasonings. Put cover on sauce pan and let cook for about 10 minutes. Then serve.
