- 1 finnan haddie
- 1 quart water
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 green peppers, seeded, cut in pieces
- 1 red pepper, seeded, cut in pieces
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Finnan Haddie Hash Recipe, first boil the finnan haddie in the water for about 10 minutes. Remove finnan haddie from water. Skin, bone and flake it. Put butter, seasonings and green and red peppers in a stew pan. Cover. Let cook for about 5 minutes. Then serve.
