- 1 finnan haddie, cut in 4 pieces
- 4 ears corn
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Finnan Haddie With Corn Recipe, first boil the corn in salted water for about 20 minutes. Remove corn from water and scrape corn from cobs. While corn is boiling, boil the finnan haddie in water for about 5 minutes. Remove from water and skin and bone it. Put milk, butter, corn, finnan haddie and seasonings in a stew pan. Let boil slowly for about 5 minutes. Then serve.
