- 2½ pounds salmon, cut in 4 slices
- ½ stalk celery, washed, chopped fine
- ¼ cup anchovy filets, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- ½ cup water
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
