- 2 pounds whitefish, sliced in filets
- ½ cup olives, pitted, sliced
- 1 onion, small, peeled, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup water
- 1 lemon, juice only
- ½ cup Swiss cheese, grated
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
