Instructions:
To prepare this Cold Meat Salad Recipe, first cut cold meat into very thin slices. Chop four anchovies freed from bone, one small onion and one tablespoon of parsley. Mix in a salad bowl with two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of mild vinegar, French mustard, pepper and salt. Cover and let stand two hours, then serve garnished with parsley and pickles.
