  • 2 pounds Swiss chard, washed
  • 2/3 pint cream, boiled
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Swiss Chard With Cream Recipe, first boil the Swiss chard in plenty of salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain off water. Chop Swiss chard. Put in a stew pan the butter, seasonings, cream and chard. Let cook for 2 minutes. Then serve.
