- 1 or 2 egg plants, according to size, peeled, cut in slices
- ¼ inch thick
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup butter or butter substitute
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Egg Plant, Fried Recipe, first season the egg plant slices. Dip in milk and dredge with flour. Melt butter in frying pan. Cook the egg plant slices on both sides until nicely brown, about 5 minutes.
