- 1 cup nut butter
- 3 cups water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons sage
- ½ cup cornstarch
Instructions:
To prepare this Saged Nut Cheese Recipe, first thin the nut butter with water, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cook like nut cheese, or cook in a double boiler four hours. Allow it to cool in the double boiler, then cut around it with a knife and remove it. This is very nice sliced and served cold.
