  • 4 cups lima beans, shelled
  • 3 onions, peeled, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Beans (Lima) And Onions Recipe, first boil the lima beans in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain off water. While the beans are cooking, put butter and onions in a frying pan. Let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put lima beans and seasonings in the frying pan with the onions. Mix well. Let cook for 3 minutes together. Then serve.
