  • 1½ cups lima beans, shelled
  • ¾ cup rice, washed
  • 4 cups water
  • 1½ cups milk, scalded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Beans (Lima), Rice And Milk Recipe, first put all ingredients, except the milk, in a kettle. Cover. Let cook for about 15 minutes. Then add the scalded milk. Let cook together for about 10 minutes. Then serve.
