- 4 large green peppers
- 6 slices cooked ham, chopped fine
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:

Mix bread crumbs, egg, water, seasonings and chopped ham together. Press this mixture into each green pepper. Place peppers in a buttered pudding dish with 1/4 cup water.
