- 8 green peppers, washed, cut on top, seeded
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- ½ cup raisins, washed
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 egg
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Peppers (Green) Stuffed With Raisins Recipe, first boil the raisins in a little water for about 2 minutes. Drain off water. Mix together the bread crumbs, raisins, melted butter, egg and seasonings. Stuff the peppers with the mixture. Put peppers in a small baking pan. Bake in moderate oven for about 30 minutes.
