- 8 potatoes, peeled, quartered
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- ½ cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Potatoes, Mashed, With Cheese Recipe, first boil potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain off water and mash potatoes with potato masher. Add gradually scalded milk, butter and seasonings. Mix and beat well, stirring in the cheese. Then serve.
