- 12 sweet potatoes, unpeeled
- ½ cup cream, boiled
- ½ cup water, boiling
- ½ cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon butter
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Potatoes (Sweet), Creamed With Cheese Recipe, first boil the potatoes in water for about 25 minutes. Peel and slice them. Mix cream, boiling water, butter and seasonings together. Put sliced potatoes in a stew pan. Pour over them the liquid mixture. Let cook together for about 2 minutes. Mix in the cheese with a fork, stirring constantly. Then serve.
