- 2 pounds sorrel, washed
- ½ pound spinach, washed, picked
- ½ cup milk, scalded
- 3 tablespoons butter
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Sorrel And Spinach Recipe, first boil sorrel and spinach in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain off water. Put scalded milk, butter and seasonings in a stew pan. Add the spinach and sorrel. Let cook for about 5 minutes. Then serve.
