  • 2½ pounds spinach, washed, cleaned
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Spinach Au Gratin Recipe, first boil the spinach in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain off water. Put the spinach, seasonings, butter and cheese in a baking dish. Mix well with a fork. Bake in moderate oven for about 15 minutes. The top of the spinach should be browned. Serve.
