- 3 potatoes, peeled, passed through meat chopper
- 1 cup Hubbard squash, peeled, passed through meat
- chopper
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- seasonings to taste
Instructions:
To prepare this Squash (Hubbard) And Potato Pancake Recipe, first mix together the potatoes, squash, eggs and seasonings. Put butter in a frying pan. When foaming, drop tablespoon by tablespoon the potato and squash mixture into the pan. Fry on both sides for about 3 minutes. Then serve.
